The next day we spent the morning in the cemetery looking thru names and faces on headstones and then went on to Trattoria Vincenzo for midday meal.  He’s still making those delightful crocante (crispy) chili peppers as part of his appetizer sampler and besides the home made ravioli and fussili we had bacala for the second time on this trip.  All the food was great but the bacala, that used to smell so horrid when I was a kid, was simply wonderful….onions, tomatoes, potatoes and spices.  We left some pictures with Vincenzo from our visit to his Trattoria in 2005, drank some homemade cedrocello, and bid farewell till we return in a couple of years.
